Check-In and Check-Out: 1.1 Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. 1.2 Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon). 1.3 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservation Policy: 2.1 Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at the hotel reception. 2.2 A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. 2.3 Full payment is required upon check-in. 2.4 Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made within the designated time frame, as specified during the booking process or communicated by our staff.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: 4.1 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay. 4.2 No-shows will be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
Occupancy: 5.1 The maximum number of guests allowed in each room is as specified during the booking process or communicated by our staff. 5.2 Children below a certain age (specified by the hotel) may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. 5.3 Additional charges may apply for extra beds or cribs, subject to availability.
Smoking Policy: 6.1 All our rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available in designated outdoor spaces. 6.2 A penalty fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Damage and Loss: 7.1 Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property during their stay. 7.2 Any additional cleaning or repair expenses incurred due to guest negligence will be charged accordingly.
Safety and Security: 8.1 Guests are advised to use the in-room safe deposit box for valuable items. The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 8.2 The hotel premises are equipped with surveillance cameras for the safety and security of all guests.
Guest Conduct: 9.1 Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and comply with hotel policies and local laws. 9.2 Any guest found to be causing a disturbance or engaging in illegal activities may be asked to leave the premises without refund.
