Yatra Nepal Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Payments
- All payments must be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
- The full booking amount, inclusive of all applicable taxes and surcharges, will be charged to your preferred payment method at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets (e.g., eSewa, Khalti), and bank transfers.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Upon successful booking, you will receive a hotel booking confirmation voucher via email. Please present this voucher upon arrival at your hotel.
- Failure to present this confirmation voucher may result in additional charges or having to pay for your accommodation again.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: No charges.
- Cancellation made more than 48 hours before check-in: 35% charge of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours before check-in: 70% charge of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political unrest, may be eligible for partial refunds at Yatra Nepal's discretion.
Note: All cancellation requests must be processed through the 'Manage My Booking' section on our homepage.
4. Managing Your Booking To modify or cancel your booking, visit the 'Manage My Booking' section on the Yatra Nepal homepage. You can:
- Update guest information.
- Adjust booking dates (subject to hotel availability and pricing adjustments).
- Cancel existing bookings and, if available, book a new reservation.
- Manage special requests, including dietary needs, room preferences, or accessibility requirements.
5. Currency and Pricing
- All payments and charges are processed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
- Prices quoted include all applicable taxes, VAT, and surcharges.
- Exchange rates and fees charged by your bank or payment provider are beyond Yatra Nepal's control.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds due to cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- A transaction fee may apply.
- Refund times may vary based on your bank's processing times.
7. Special Requirements and Requests
- Special requirements, including accessible rooms or special dietary arrangements, should be communicated during the booking process.
- Yatra Nepal will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee all special requests will be fulfilled.
8. Hotel Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in time is typically 2:00 PM, and check-out time is usually 12:00 PM noon. Times may vary slightly depending on the individual hotel.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
9. Liability
- Yatra Nepal acts solely as a booking facilitator. Any dissatisfaction or disputes regarding hotel services or amenities must be addressed directly with the hotel management.
- Yatra Nepal is not responsible for personal property loss or damage incurred during your stay.
